		<description>I would add, don't be afraid to alter your plan. Once you've got your strategy in mind, don't be afraid to try a different outlet for your community, (facebook, twitter, blogging, etc). Some market research beforehand can give you an idea of where your community base is, but if that doesn't work out, try somewhere else!</description>
