Shefali is a digital strategist and interactive producer on the 360° Digital Influence team. She brings a broad range of skills in social media strategy, communication campaign planning and event management. Shefali has worked in a range of organizations, including non-profits, PR agencies and advocacy groups.

As a digital strategist, Shefali serves a wide array of clients, where she assists in planning interactive and word of mouth marketing campaigns. As an Interactive Producer, she uses her project management skills to facilitate projects within the group, such as design and development of Web 2.0 initiatives.

Shefali holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Political Science from York University, Canada, and a master’s degree in Public Communication from American University, Washington, DC. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Shefali has lived in a number of countries including Libya and England.
